At Active For Health we are passionate about health and fitness.

We believe that health and mental well-being is greatly improved through sport participation and have developed a range of programmes and fitness based activities tailored to all age groups regardless of current fitness levels.

PE Activity Sports Days and Coaching

We design and deliver specific Activity Programmes and Sports Programmes for Schools, Sports Clubs and Community Groups across all ages and abilities.


Pilates in Schools

Joseph Pilates wanted to “First Educate the child”. “In childhood, habits are easily formed – good and bad. Learn about our school programmes and Pilates classes.

active for health social enterpriseActive 4 Health is a non profit taking social enterprise, registered with Companies House. Any profits from our activities are put towards other programmes to benefit the wider community!

We recently received a welcome donation from the ASDA community life programme which will help us deliver fitness classes in Newtownbutler, County Fermanagh.

Now that the summer is over we are taking bookings for coaching and fitness classes for the remainder of the school term. We welcome all schools to contact us for a FREE physical education consultation with one of our trained coaches.
